Summary |
0000390: Using formulas for arena size and number of games |
|
Description |
It would be nice to be able to use the _robotsTotal variable to create a formula when inputting an arena width/height and the number of games (and even cookie/mine rate, starting energy and cease fire turns). This would make it significantly easier to host (and test bots for) contests where those values are based on the number of robots. |
|
Additional Information |
You could shorten _robotsTotal to just "r" for the formula... Other values, like the size of the robot, could then be shrunken to "s" etc... Imagine a tiny bot contest where bigger bots could have less starting energy! :) |
